ONLINE RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

  1. Return, exchange or refund of product is only valid if products received are not as ordered in invoice or in a faulty condition. Unless in the condition stated, we do not receive return or refund of products.
  2. To request for return / refund, please contact our Customer Service (CS) via Phone or Email within 48 hours from the tracked date of delivery, and mention your order number. Our CS will verify and send you a Return Form via email. Even if you choose to pick up your goods in one of Masari stores, you still need to contact our Customer Service via phone or email to process return. At the moment we cannot facilitate return process via our retail stores.
  3. If the return request / refund request is verified by our CS, you will receive the Return Form sent via email. Fill in the Return Form and attach this form in the package for the returned items. Items must be shipped back for return not more than 5 days after the package is received (tracked date of delivery). Return items is to be shipped back to our headquarter. Shipping and handling costs for returning the items will be at the customer’s expense.

  4. Conditions for exchange, return / refund :
    • Item is still in original saleable condition
    • It is unopened and unused state (complete with accessories and orginal packaging)
    • Return Form included in package
    • Return tag on the product remains attached

    Acceptable reason for exchange, return / refund:
    • Wrong items received (not the same as in invoice)
    • Faulty products
    • Not the same as shown in website

  5. Voucher and promotion code used in returned purchase cannot be returned or redeemed for cash or credit.
  6. We will verify and inspect returned products, and reserve the right not to accept the returns under the conditions stated above. MASARISHOP.COM reserves the right to refuse an exchange or refund on returned items.
  7. If item exchange is not possible, we will refund the goods in the form of credit note, to use for shopping at MASARISHOP.COM that will expire within 6 months from date of purchase.
