Part of the slow fashion movement, Studio JEJE was founded in 2018 by Angelita Nurhadi. Born in Semarang, Angelita Nurhadi has developed a fascination with Indonesian culture at a young age. She studied textile design at Bandung Institute of Technology before launching her brand Studio JEJE in 2018.
As a fashion studio, STUDIO JEJE represents the refined aesthetics and qualities of Art of Living through Indonesian heritage. Working with local artisans in Tangerang, the brand focuses on traditional Indonesian techniques, such as exquisite embroidery and hand weaving.
